Welcome to UNSAID. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNSAID website, products, and services (the "Services"), operated by UNSAID ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
UNSAID is a premium emotional gifting brand. We design and sell curated gift experiences. By placing an order or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Pre-Launch Status
UNSAID is currently in a pre-launch phase. Product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order processing will be confirmed at the time of launch. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a guarantee of product availability.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment providers.
4. Personalisation
Certain UNSAID products include personalised elements crafted from information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any details, names, messages, or media you submit. Personalised items are made to order and may not be eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and regions will be confirmed at launch. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised and curated nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@unsaid.ae with any concerns about your order. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the UNSAID website — including text, designs, graphics, logos, and brand assets — is the property of UNSAID and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNSAID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date noted above. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
